Juryrigged // UPDATE ARCHIVES
Works...A Lot
Okay, so out with the sarcasm, in with something more-or-less like...well, sarcasm. Why? Because I'm stuck in a rut, and I blame it on...something, or...someone...Anyway, I do have an update for those of you who might wonder why I just rant, or something; so, here it is: I added three new stories, all written by me, titled
Dominion: Threat Counter,
Mech Fight, and last but not least,
Simon Says; all these and more can be found on the
Written Works page. So yeah, read those at your leisure. The longest of them is the first, second longest being the third listed. Well, enjoy, read, send me a comment or something. Until next time I do work, that's all for today.
Oh, yeah, and before I forget this little tid-bit of info,
Hotmail is being a bitch; some days it'll send out my emails, other days it won't; and sometimes, it won't even receive them. If anyone knows of an alternative--that works and whatnot--that'd be great. Feel free to email me on the subject, too; we'll see if I actually get the message or not. Heh, there's more too; I updated the
Bios page with a little bit of extra info, plus added / updated the information on the
Submissions Guidelines page that should be checked out by anyone hoping / wanting to submit something to the site.

A Return to Ways of Old
This is more-or-less a
return to a somewhat older design of sorts, I guess. It's more a return to an older logo that was done for my by DRS, which I still can't thank him enough for. I slightly modified the logo to fit with the page layout. I like the design for the most part, except perhaps the colors. But, I'm not about to go changing the colors because I suck at color schemes, so you're all stuck with this design. Bitch, moan, complain, I don't care. I'll change it all when I feel like it, which knowing me, might be fairly soon.
But, since I know you all like to know that
something is at least going on with the site, I've updated my own bio page, as well as included a somewhat outdated list of
RI Veterans on the
RI History page, plus the inclusion of an
RI Role-Players list on the
RPG Central page; that list is also fairly outdated. If you happen to know of any role-players from RI that aren't already on the list,
email me about it with Role-Players as the title/header and include anyone you know that is a role-player from RI.
Next is a quick warning; I believe I'll be moving to
@space.com within the coming month or so. Be aware that when I do happen to switch hosts, I'll put a link up here before closing down this site directing you to the new site location. Remember, just a warning. Not sure when it'll happen.

Stuff Always Happens
Clearly something is up, no? Re-doing the layout again, mostly because I sort-of can't stand the current one. I don't like how it doesn't move to fit the screen, so I'm fixing that problem, but in doing so I lose my little banner/header piece for the site. Oh well, I'm not too worried about that. Anyway, this might be all I ever do with the site from now on, change the layout.
Oh, I did find this lovely thing a few of my friends and I put together, called the "Character / Faction Cliche's List." I'll have to see about getting that up sometime. Rather amusing.

Dude...What Happened?
Yeah, yeah, I know, I know, I haven't updated this P.O.S. site of mine in over a month or so. I've been both lazy and a procrastinating bastard for it, I'm sure. The reason--or rather the excuse--is that I've really got nothing to update with. Nobody sends me anything to update with--ever. I have to go find it on my own; well, there is this sort of select group--more like single person--who gives me something every once and a while, but other than that, nothing. So, no update.
Before you start bitching at me about why I'm making this little news post, it's 'cause I can. I recently got my own computer, which is better than my parents' P.O.S. thing. Got all my files transferred over, but can't connect to the 'net with it yet. Besides, what's the point, I'm heading off to college in approximately ten days. Yes, you heard me right, college. In only
ten days. It'll be great. I need to pack... Also, no, there are no writings currently in the works at all, I'm lazy, that and my inspiration has all but died out. Anyway, I might be moving the site someplace else, not sure yet. But, chances are, it might be to
atspace.com, because they don't have the banners this place does. Of course, that might not happen for a little bit. Just have to wait for a bit.
And with that, I guess I'm off into the world of reality to enjoy what's left of my life before college taes it over (although I heard that that's the place where everything happens--college that is). So, yeah, stuff happens.

Menu Fix-Up
Just made a couple alterations to the navigation bar on the left. It should have a sub-menu when you hover the mouse over "Other," "Site Map," and "Works." It's done using CSS. It doesn't work in Internet Explorer, but works fine in Mozilla and Firefox. I'll see about implementing it on every page for the site, as so far, it's only this main page. Till next update.

Just An Update
I decided to finish up the first scene in a story Jester and I had been working on a while back. Don't know what possessed me to finish it, but I did. I might include the other twenty odd pages we had written for the story, but I'd only do that after I re-worked some of the plot, which isn't all that great at the moment. Anyway, it's titled "
Dominion: Battlement Precursor." Check it out.

Tall Duels Too
So, I finished up editing a second
duel, this one between myself and Zophas. That's the only major change of the day.

Tall Duels
I finally got around to adding a duel I've had for a while that took place between myself and Endrian titled "
The Fallen Tower." An interesting enough duel. We called it quits after a while. I converted it to the current site layout, which I may or may not do to the other duels and RPG's. I don't suggest holding your breath over it, though.

A Quick Aside
I guess there's a slight problem with the site, that problem not necessarily being
exactly with the site as a whole. The problem more or less lies in Internet Explorer. It doesn't line everything up, and partially skews the headers. The site should look like
this. If it doesn't, and you have the skewed header look, go to
Mozilla.org and download
Firefox. It will render everything properly. And I'm sorry, I can't really do much about the Fateback banner up top.

Perhaps Not So Finished...
Okay, so I wasn't satisfied with my last design. It left something to be desired, so I changed it into something that looks a hell of a lot better. Hope you all like. If you find any problems whatsoever, don't hesitate to email them to me. Thanks.

It's Finished!
I'm done, finished, complete! Everything's finished with the new site switch-over to the new design. If you have comments or suggestions about it, don't hesitate to email. Also, if you find any broken links, or that something doesn't work, tell me about it quickly. I need to know these things if I'm to fix this up at all. Anyway, everything's been re-organized, so check it out.

New And Blue
I finally got the entire site re-done in the new layout. There might be some problems with it still, though, so if you find
anything wrong with the site,
email me right away because I'll want to know so I can fix it all up expediciously.
